Had a medical breakdown that causing havoc with my training. It was a pretty warm day out and decided to try a short ride. Just rode the mountain bike around town and was hoping the body might rally in the warm sunshine but no such luck. Struggled to get five miles in and thick I had lowest exercise load I can remember at 9. Not a good day on the bike.
